Nord Anglia International School Shanghai, Pudong’s fees for 2026-27 are listed below. All our fees are in CNY (RMB).

*Full year fees include an Early Bird Discount of 3%, which is activated when annual tuition fees are paid in advance. Early Bird Discounts are generally only available in the summer months, but this can be discussed on a case-by-case basis with the Admissions Team.
Sibling discount: 5% tuition discount for the 3rd child in the family. For the 4th and all subsequent children, we offer a 10% tuition fee discount.
Tuition fees include the costs of books, exams and other educational materials.

One-off fees
Application fee: RMB 4,000
A non-refundable feethat’s payable when you submit your application.
Enrolment fee: RMB 4,500
A non-refundable fee that’spayable when you accept an offer of a place at NAIS Pudong.
Resourcing fee: RMB 16,000
The resourcing fee is fully refundable when the student leaves the school, if all accounts have been settled in full, all school property returned without damage and required written notice is submitted six weeks in advance of the child’s last day of school (holidays excluded).
School bus fee (optional): RMB 22,820
School uniform: All students from Pre-Nursery to Year 11 are required to wear uniform in school. There is also a separate PE kit for all students. All items can be purchased directly from the vendor online or from the school’s uniform shop.
Annual residential trip fees
- Year 3: RMB 300
- Years 4-5: RMB 5,000
- Years 6-12: RMB 8,200
This compulsory charge covers the cost of an annual residential trip. No refunds will be given for absence from trips.
School lunch fees: School lunch fees are payable directly to school lunch provider and loaded onto Lunch Card. All students are expected to use the school lunch provider unless there are dietary or health issues which prevent this.
The cost for school lunch is variable, dependent on the choice of the student. Prices can start from 26 RMB and range to 49 RMB. Parents are encouraged to talk directly to their children about their choices and are able to monitor child choice directly on the dedicated app.
Special educational needs (SEN) programme: Fees for additional SEN support are dependent on the needs of the individual student. Top level: RMB 145,000
