Both universities typically hold interviews in the first two or three weeks of December each year, and this year, Emiliano D’Angio, Hyun Mog Kim and Jennifer Lin have the privilege of being selected to interview.
Of course, all of our IB students have been working hard, not only on their course studies and preparations for the mock examinations they are currently sitting, but also on preparing university applications and interview techniques. Competition for places in the top 30 universities is, as always, very strong, but as Mr Bevan Graham, Director of the NAIS Pudong IB Academy explains, the students have taken every opportunity to ensure they are well prepared for this important moment.
Mr Graham says, “We are very proud that the students have been selected and know they will perform admirably in the interview process, drawing on all they have learnt over the past two years of their IB studies. Each of them is ambitious and passionate about where they want to be in the future and, if not at Oxford or Cambridge, they surely will find places in excellent universities. We wish them the very best of luck.”
