Our Year 11 and 13 students have returned to feedback on their mock examinations, and they will receive a mock statement of results to bring home tomorrow afternoon. With Academic Review Evenings (AREs) coming up in the next week or two for these students, we hope that with their mock results, combined with the end of Term 1 reports and their teacher’s advice during the AREs, they will feel well equipped to tackle the final few months of preparation for their IGCSE and IB final exams. Our analysis shows that, overall, the students are on track, and we expect to see some impressive results, both individually and collectively, after the summer examinations.
Our fortnightly year group newsletters are being revamped a little, and the first editions in the new format will come out this Friday so do look out for them. You will, however, receive the same email each fortnight with the links for the year group letters.
With just three weeks remaining before the break for Chinese New Year, a glance at the calendar tells us that we have a lot to pack into this short half term, and we look forward to seeing as many of you as possible, be that at the Temple Fair on 31 January, or at one of the Academic Review Evenings or other events during this period.
