Sodexo Lunch Card
As you know, in order for the students to purchase food in the Hub they must use a lunch card. It is essential that students use the correct system for purchasing food. Cash top-ups to the card can be made at the payment counter in the Hub. Students then hand their card to the Sodexo staff at the till to buy their food. They should hand in their card not state their card number. Please could you support the school system by ensuring that every student has their own card available for use.

French
This week in French we finished our assessment preparation. We had to answer a sheet that was filled with questions that will occur on the test the following week. Madame Malcolm (our teacher) marked our work and we revised and practised for the upcoming writing assessment.
Tommaso Carnelli
English
For English we revised how to construct PEA paragraphs for our test to build up our levels. Also we went back to Act 3 Scene 1 to make sure we understood the language that was used.
Julien Francois
PE
This week in P.E. we have been doing badminton. As most of us have already played badminton we have been focused on further developing our serves and also increasing our movement around the court. We also had our first lessons of tag rugby which were very successful and a lot of fun!

History
In History this week we have been learning about Hitler's rise to power and what life was like in Nazi society, specifically the Nazi policy on women and children. We've spent our last couple of weeks looking at life in Germany after WW1 and how the treaty of Versailles affected the average German citizen. We've done a lot of source analysis work, focusing on how the Nazi's wanted people to behave.

Art
In our previous lesson we were doing our end-of-unit exam. We were required to draw other people and use our tonal shading skills to add detail to the facial features and to boost our abilities since the start of the year.
