The 7-minute challenge is a form of interval training in which students follow a video workout, completing 12 exercises over the 7 minutes. It is fast paced and exhausting, with students moving from star jumps to planks, pushups to lunges and many more. However, all of the students did it with a smile on their faces!
The challenge was arranged and organised by NAIS Pudong Student Leaders amongst the school and tasks were distributed amongst the service committee and House and Sports committee. The House and Sport committee, including Jule Scholten, Gauthier Jacqmin and Jennifer Thornton, helped out by planning the event and organising it. Showing the great collaboration that takes place amongst the student leaders, the Service Committee (consisting of Ashley Fung, Sebastián Arguedas and Kavyasree Subramanian) helped out by promoting the activity and collecting the payments.
As well as the workout fundraising our NAIS PUDONG TIGER wristbands were also sold throughout the week to support the football team that will be participating in the ACAMIS tournament from the 21st of April to the 24th.
