Finding Nemo in Nursery

15 June 2016

On Wednesday 8th June the Nursery children enjoyed a fantastic visit to Shanghai Ocean World in Changfeng Park. In line with our current topic of ‘Under the Sea’ we explored a huge variety of ocean animals from jelly fish to stingrays to turtles and even big sharks!

The children had a lot of fun entering the world of pirates and shipwrecks where they found Nemo, Dory and other famous sea animals! We were grateful to have some parent helpers on the day to ensure all of our little Crocodiles and Elephants were safe; they enjoyed seeing the children make links between things they had learnt and seeing the animals in real life.

It was a wonderful ‘first trip’ for our Nursery children; they made Mrs Goan and myself extremely proud on the day behaving extremely well. A truly wonderful day was had by all.
