Overview of next week’s learning
In our story of Neligan’s pond, old man Neligan may remind us of our Grandfather. Please send in a family photo that may include Grandparents or an Aunt or Uncle to contribute to our learning of the vocabulary associated with our family. You may email these to me on R-Britz@naispudong.com . This week we made pancakes which was quite popular so next week we will introduce fun recipes for our role play kitchen that will help to introduce our understanding of measurement and weight. We may even make something fun and edible! For our Letters and Sounds learning we will read the story “Grandmother’s Footsteps” where the children have to decide appropriate ways to move according to whether Grandmother is being loud or soft, fast or slow.
Our little tadpoles have mostly grown four legs now so possibly next week we will witness little frogs in our classroom ‘pond’ and we can return them to their habitat.
