Nichole is originally from the United States, but has spent the last 22 years living and working both in Beijing and Shanghai. Nichole has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History and followed this by qualifying to teach in the Early Years age groups. She began her career at the International Montessori School of Beijing in 2001 and joins us from the founding team of Dulwich College Beijing’s Foundation Stage.
Nichole is passionate about providing the best start in every child’s learning journey. It is her belief that positive relationships are at the heart and foundation of building a love of learning and is committed to supporting the growth and development of every unique student.
Nichole herself has a love of learning and a desire to always continue to develop professionally. She is currently studying Early Education Leadership through the Harvard Graduate School of Education after recently having completed a University of Michigan MicroMasters course in Leading Educational Innovation and Improvement. She has a son who is studying Biomedical Sciences and a daughter currently in Secondary at NAIS Pudong.
