Reception Class Teacher and Early Years Leader
Dean is an experienced primary practitioner and his love of teaching began at University where he was a Student Ambassador for higher education. Dean completed the Primary PGCE with Masters accreditation at Southampton University with a specialism in Early Years and KS1 teaching.
His teacher career began in 2010 and he started working at Nord AngIia International school in 2014. Dean has taught in a variety of foundation stage and KS1 settings and he is passionate about the early years and child centred development. For his Masters assignment, Dean completed an in depth study on emotional intelligence in the primary classroom and remains an advocate for the importance of personal, social and emotional development in the Early Years Setting. Dean is currently undertaking a Masters in International Education through King’s University, London.

Reception Class Teacher
Joanna began a new and rewarding career in 2009 at a Pre-School in England. She spent four happy years in the Early Years Foundation Stage environment before moving to Germany with her family. She joined a Bilingual school as a Reception Teacher. Over the next three years she had the privilege to teach in an immersion setting whilst incorporating the Early Years Foundation Stage. Joanna joined Nord Anglia International School in 2017.
She has enthusiasm and passion for children and their early childhood development. She wants to make a difference to each and every child. Joanna welcomes and embraces a creative classroom with a safe and nurturing learning environment enabling children to explore and discover their potential.
