    Andrew Lowery

    Andrew began his career in education by teaching Secondary English in Nottingham, UK. He subsequently taught Year 6 for five years at an international school in Ipoh, Malaysia. In 2016 he took up the position of Year 6 class teacher and Upper Key Stage 2 Leader at NAIS Pudong, and then Assistant Head Teacher in 2017.

    Andrew’s proudest achievements include organising the whole year group production of Macbeth, and running a Year 6 fairground fundraiser to make money for the Heart to Heart charity. He loves working at NAIS Pudong with a friendly and optimistic group of staff and students. He enjoys working with all ages of children in a variety of subjects and loves the cultural understanding which is possible in a diverse international school. Creating fascination, motivation and enthusiasm in a group of students is what attracted him to the profession, and continue to be the best part of the job.

    Kelly O’Rouke

    Kelly is a passionate educator who has been teaching for 19 years in Australia, England and Asia. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education obtained from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University. Kelly has experienced teaching across all year levels in the primary sector, as well as being a specialist art teacher. She has enjoyed leading teams in a variety of diverse roles; Year Leader, Key Stage Leader and Curriculum Leader. Kelly has a passion for the creative arts, digital technology and design which is embedded in her teaching practice. Kelly promotes a global learning environment where students are challenged to think beyond the classroom, whilst taking advantage of learning opportunities within their learning environment. This is not the first time Kelly will be joining the Nord Anglia Education family, she taught at the Puxi campus Shanghai, the Sanlitun campus Beijing, the Lam Tin campus Hong Kong and the Ho Chi Minh Campus Vietnam.

    Laura Mulligan

    During the final year of her Mathematics degree from the University of Leicester, Laura undertook a module on communicating Maths which sparked a passion for education and inspired her to gain her teaching qualification. Since then, Laura has been teaching in London across Key Stage 2 and have most recently been based in Year 6. Whilst at her most recent school, Laura has organised many whole school projects, such as founding a school council and running a careers week, to prepare children for their futures and begin equipping them with the knowledge and skills they need to achieve their goals.
