Pleased to Meet You...Angelle Morano

29 May 2014

This week we spoke to Angelle Morano, Senior Admissions Officer, who told us a bit about herself.

  • Pleased to Meet You...Angelle Morano

How long have you been working at BISS Puxi? I have been in fast-paced Shanghai for 8 years now and working in our premium school for four years and counting!

What do you enjoy most about working here? Each day in Admissions is unique. I enjoy meeting people from all over the world, listening to their stories and most importantly, helping ease their worries about moving to China.

What is your favourite thing to do at the weekend? I sing, sing, and sing. My closest friends are musicians and we record music on Garage Band all the time.

Where's your favourite place to travel to in China? Beijing – climbing the Great Wall during a snowy winter is slippery but the sights from high up are breath-taking.

Where are you from and what do you miss about home? I grew up in the small kingdom of Brunei, but the Philippines is my home. I miss the dried mangoes, the tropical weather and the gorgeous white sand beaches.
