Up against the Hong Kong Heroes, the team have been arguing for the motion that richer countries should give money to developing countries to help them develop green energy sources.
The students had to think of their own arguments for this, and then carefully dissect the counter argument from the opposing team who were giving the opposite point of view. They have shown great commitment in giving up break and lunchtimes to work on this; it has additionally helped their reasoning and oral skills.
They are currently awaiting the judges’ decision on the winner of this particular round.
