We learned about this ancient art in our mandarin sessions, and spent some very enjoyable time making our delicious treats!
We carefully selected vegetables and used tools to cut them into small pieces, so that they would fit inside the pastry parcels.
Next, we had to use our strong muscles to roll out our dough – it was a bit sticky so we needed flour to stop it sticking!
We were very proud of our creations and look forward to eating lots more!
