Year 1 Get All Dressed Up for a Fairy Tale Ball

24 March 2017

Today Year 1 came together to celebrate everything they have learned during this terms theme “All Dressed Up!’’ They looked fantastic in their Fairy Tale costumes and loved attending the Fairy Tale Ball!

They sang and danced beautifully and were super excited to see all of the teachers dancing. As part of our Digital Literacy this week, the children helped to write and send email invitations to Miss Jess and Mrs Hanson. We think Miss Jess enjoyed the Ball the most!

The children also loved following the instructions when making delicious jam sandwiches. They were able to carefully spread the butter and jam and were very strong when cutting their sandwich in half. They described their sandwiches as scrumptious! A perfect Fairy Tale Day snack!
