A Learning Showcase in Year 1

06 June 2017

On Tuesday the Year 1 children were very excited about inviting their parents/families into school for their Learning Showcase.

  • Year 1’s Learning Showcase
  • Year 1’s Learning Showcase
  • Year 1’s Learning Showcase
  • Year 1’s Learning Showcase

All term the children have been busy learning about our theme ‘Plants and Insects’ and were eager to pass on their knowledge. They very successfully taught their family members how to make different insects out of clay and how to plant a seed. They also demonstrated their sketching skills when drawing some of the plants which we have grown and looked after this term.

The children and staff in Year 1 would like to thank all of the families who were able to attend.
