Since 2020, Collège Champittet is proud to make outdoor education part of our preschool and primary curriculum through our Forest School programme. We find that open-air activities are an excellent way to stimulate the body and the mind. Identifying colours and shapes, describing the weather and watching the seasons change are only a few examples of Forest School learning. In the peaceful woods near our Pully campus or the natural surroundings of our school in Nyon, we encourage children to exercise, explore and dream, but also to concentrate, observe and listen.
Our small class sizes enable our experienced teachers to dedicate individual attention to the development and progress of every child. This supportive environment gives our preschool students the opportunity to build the academic and social skills to flourish in primary school.
