Secondary Student Council's event

08 December 2015

In order to help our expedition team fund-raise for their upcoming service project in

the Secondary student council have kindly offered to host a Christmas Extravaganza. We would like to invite you to attend our Christmas Extravaganza which will take place in the auditorium from

1.15pm until 3pm on Thursday 17th December

. Students have worked hard to prepare festive treats to sell to our school community.

All students in both primary and secondary will be invited to the Christmas Extravaganza in the afternoon and so if they would like to make any purchases there please send them to school with some money.

The purpose of the fundraising effort is so that members of our community can visit a town in Tanzania who need our support. Students are covering the cost of the trip themselves so all funds raised will go directly to the project phase of the trip. Past projects have included building a goat shed and building improved classrooms. If you are able to make a donation to our tombola on the day kindly contact

. Donated prizes could include fancy foodstuffs, boxes of chocolates, toiletries, unwanted gifts or promotional items from your business.

We look forward to seeing you.

Secondary Student Council and Rachel Stevenson, Teacher of Business Studies
