Year 6 'Growing Up' Meeting

25 April 2016

As part of their Term 3 Science and PSHE topic, Year 6 will be learning about ‘Growing Up’. This topic covers the physical as well as emotional changes that children will go through as they make the transition from childhood into adolescence. The topic will be covered over a series of lessons and will be handled very carefully by teachers.

As we are aware that this can be a sensitive area, we would like to invite you to a Year 6 parents’ meeting where we will explain to you in detail the content that we will be covering during this topic. You will have the opportunity to look at the resources that we will be using in lessons and ask any questions you may have.

The meeting for parents will be held on Thursday 28th April at 2.00 pm. We hope that you will be able to join us for this event.
