Eibhlín graduated from Mary Immaculate College in Limerick, Ireland, with a first class Honours degree in Education and Psychology. During this time she worked in the Glebe House and Art Gallery in Donegal, Ireland, as a tour guide and Education officer, which further developed her love and interest in Art. She spent 4 years in England where she was a class teacher in a primary school for 2 years, before becoming the Art teacher and Arts and Modern Foreign Languages Coordinator in London for a further 2 years. In her spare time, Eibhlín loves to paint and travel, and she travelled around South East Asia before deciding to settle in Vietnam.
