Our primary school curriculum
One of the leading British-Vietnamese IPC schools in the country, our primary programme offers an outstanding education that’s carefully adapted to our local context. Our IPC combines specialist teaching, a breadth of opportunities, and the tailored support our children need to thrive both academically and as individuals.
About the IPC
The IPC is a creative programme with clear personal, subject, and learning goals. A truly flexible curriculum, it can be personalised to each student’s interests, talents, and level of understanding.
- The IPC Subject Goals assess a child’s knowledge, skills and understanding in specific areas, including maths, science, technology, history, geography, music, PSHE, and art and society.
- The eight IPC Personal Goals – enquiry, resilience, morality, communication, thoughtfulness, cooperation, respect, and adaptability – are embedded into each unit of work.
- The IPC Learning Goals raise our students’ awareness of national, international, and intercultural viewpoints. The IPC has over 130 different thematic units, designed to appeal to different interests and teach students about the world around them.
Learning in new and exciting ways
Our primary specialists teach the skills, knowledge, and understanding students need in a structured yet fun way. Learning is delivered through engaging themes and topics, which are personalised to individual strengths.
Importantly, our students learn in both English and Vietnamese, building on the bilingual education they receive in the early years.
