Lydia's passion for languages started at an early age growing up with a multilingual family. She followed this path by studying Linguistics (Spanish) and International Relations at Leeds Beckett University and at La Universidad de San Pablo, Madrid. On her return to England, she completed a PGCE in her hometown of Lincoln, specialising in Spanish and French. She worked in a Secondary School for three years in which she was Curriculum Leader before moving to Hanoi in 2020.
Since her arrival in Hanoi, she has gained valuable experience for her Masters in which she is specialising in Linguistics and TESOL. In her spare time, Lydia loves to travel to a wide range of places, tries different cuisines and experiences different cultures. When travelling she enjoys learning new items of vocabulary and reading books from that country.
