Laura Evenson

Head of Year 2 (Class 2R)

Laura holds a BA(Hons) in Physical Education from the University of Wolverhampton and a Primary PGCE from the University of Warwick.

She has 7 years of experience of working in schools, with 4 years of experience as a qualified primary school teacher. Laura’s experience of working in schools started as a teaching assistant, where she worked in the inclusion department of a high school in North London. After this, she worked as an ‘Inspire Coach’ with the Albion Foundation, linked to a junior school in Sandwell, England. She then went on to complete the School Direct Route into teaching and became a qualified teacher.

Her teaching career began in Sandwell, where she worked as a teacher in Year 6 and then in Year 3. After two years of teaching in Sandwell, she began teaching internationally. After teaching third grade for two years in North Carolina, USA, Laura is very excited to be moving to Thailand and becoming a member of the Regents team. Outside of school, she enjoys travelling, playing sport, the performing arts and reading.
