Martyn Harrison

Martyn Harrison

Year 8.2 Form Tutor / History Teacher

Martyn Harrison graduated with a BA (Hons) in World History from the University of Bedfordshire (UK), and a PGCE from Christchurch University Canterbury (Secondary History specialism).

He has 16 years of experience as a teacher and manager in both British and international schools. His career began in a South East of England Grammar School, where after having been a private accounts manager in a large risk and assessment firm, expatriated to start teaching internationally.  

After leading History and Humanities teams in British schools in China, Ecuador, Saudi Arabia and Qatar he arrived in Thailand in 2019 and feels very privileged to be joining the Regents community.

Outside of school he enjoys being with his family, an extensive list of outdoor pursuits and coaching football teams.
