Jonathon Morris

Jonathon Morris

Head of Year 12 and 13 / Mathematics Teacher

Jonathon Morris - BSci (Hons), QTS

Jonathon holds a BSci (Hons) in Mathematics and Secondary Education from the University of Cumbria, Lancaster (UK).

He has 9 years teaching experience to date, 7 of which have been at international schools.

His formal teaching career began at a further education college in the UK, where he taught both introductory and advanced levels of mathematics to 16 - 20 year olds. After teaching at this college in the UK for 2 years, Jonathon decided to teach on the international circuit and moved to the warmer climate of Qatar. Jonathon's previous school was one of the largest schools in the middle east, comprising of over 4,000 students from more than 60 different nationalities. Teaching at a school with such a diverse cohort of students made the transition to both Thailand and Regents much smoother.

Outside of school Jonathon enjoys playing guitar, playing chess and tries to go skiing at least once a year.
