Since 2014, Hari has been dedicated to inspiring students at NAIS Pudong to achieve their best, emphasising guidance over traditional teaching methods. In his role as Head of IB and KS4, Hari ensures educational excellence by implementing effective strategies to enhance teaching and learning across secondary classes.
With over a decade of teaching experience, Hari excels in delivering Edexcel, CAIE IGCSE, and IB Physics, while actively integrating NAE-MIT collaboration challenges into the curriculum, preparing students for participation in Nord Anglia STEAM competitions. Previously, he excelled as the IB Diploma Coordinator and Physics teacher at Nanjing Foreign Language School.
Beyond academics, Hari maintains a vibrant lifestyle, prioritising fitness, reading, and sports like cricket and tennis, reflecting his commitment to continuous learning and personal development.
