Lorna McCrea

Lorna is an experienced educator who has taught for 10 years both in the UK and internationally, joining NAIS Pudong in 2024. She is passionate about sharing her love of mathematics with her students. Over the course of her career, Lorna has taught in a variety of schools, adapting to different curricula and exam systems. She has particularly enjoyed working with students to extend their learning through participation in the UKMT maths challenge.

In her previous teaching roles, she has consistently encouraged her students to develop important life-long skills. To this end, she has supported them through programs such as the Duke of Edinburgh Award, helping them learn valuable life skills and foster an appreciation for the natural world.

In her spare time, Lorna maintains an active lifestyle. She enjoys going to the gym, taking group exercise classes, swimming, and practicing yoga to keep fit. Lorna is also an avid traveler, enjoying different cultures wherever possible.
