With extensive international experience spanning various curricula, Ross places great emphasis on student agency and the importance of student voices.
Ross is highly active and enjoys running, cycling, and hiking. He is passionate about travelling and exploring different cultures, feeling extremely fortunate to be a global citizen, this is an ethos he seeks to instil in his students. Further demonstrating this, Ross also Leads the Primary Social Impact initiative, which seeks to make a change at the school level and beyond through student engagement and widen the perspective of students in the process.
