"Our world-class teachers are hand-picked to help your child develop a lifelong love of learning and the determination to achieve."

At NAS Dubai, technology is integrated into learning, enhancing teaching and opening up new learning opportunities in the classroom. Our innovative use of tech heightens student engagement, improving and accelerating learning in a natural, unintrusive way.

Our students are digital natives – so it makes sense to develop that aspect of their learning from an early age, teaching them to navigate online education and engagement through our BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) policy and our unique NAE Global Campus programme that draws on the collective knowledge of more than 10,000 Nord Anglia educators worldwide. Our youngest students start to grasp the basics of digital learning through school-provided iPads.

Students engage with technological learning in our new Innovation Hub, experimenting with 3D printers, robotics, digital design tools, power tools, our recording studio for podcasts and a hydroponic space.

We believe that integrating technology encourages students to think creatively and embrace innovation, helping them to develop into confident problem-solvers.

Our teachers never stop learning, which opens up a world of opportunities for our students through the latest in world teaching methods. Using Nord Anglia University, our teachers join online training, share resources from global experts and learn from best practice. This means that every single teacher at NAS Dubai is at the cutting edge of their profession.

Nord Anglia Education offers an Executive Master’s in International Education from Kings College London, one of the world's best universities. This degree provides our teachers with an in-depth understanding of school leadership in international settings.

All of our IB Diploma Programme teachers are certified and trained by the International Baccalaureate Organisation (IBO) itself, so that they thoroughly understand the teaching approach, methodology and assessment procedures of the IBDP. This approach ensures our students' outstanding results year-on-year.

Our teaching standards are second to none. They are set by our dedicated Nord Anglia Education team in the UK, and quality assured by our Senior Leadership Team in Dubai, with ongoing reviews, self-assessments and professional development. This means our students are taught by dedicated, passionate teachers.

The Senior Academic Leadership team’s involvement includes regular peer observations and learning walks, that ensure continual refinement and optimisation of curriculum and teaching approach, which helps ensure our students reach their potential.

New teachers undertake a comprehensive induction programme to ensure they fully understand the expectations, policies and procedures at NAS Dubai, and build an awareness of what it means to be part of the Nord Anglia family.

We only recruit the most passionate, empathetic and talented teachers. We shape young lives – and you can be part of it. If you’d like to join our thriving school community, have a look at our vacancies and get in touch today.
