When a child joins a Nord Anglia Education school, they also become part of a global family of students, teachers and staff stretching across our 55 schools worldwide. Our family is constantly growing, with incredible new schools and facilities opening every year.
Let’s take a closer look at some of the new schools opening ahead, as well as some schools that are expanding!
Opening in September 2018, NACIS Ningbo is our newest bilingual school in China. It will offer students aged 6-18 the best of eastern and western education resources and teaching. The school’s spacious and modern campus has capacity for a total of 3,500 students. Its facilities include a sports centre, learning resource centre and swimming pool.

Also opening in September 2018 is our new international school in Dublin. It will be an 800-seat campus located in Leopardstown, South Dublin offering the IB curriculum. While still in development, the school’s leading-edge spaces will provide students with a transformative learning environment delivering an ‘out of the ordinary’ education. The state-of-the-art campus is truly inspirational and will help Dublin students go beyond what they thought possible at school.
The school will have extensive sports facilities with a fitness centre, purpose-built technology labs, fully-equipped science labs, a 120-seater theatre, music room, dance studio and dedicated Early Years spaces. Specialist facilities will serve the arts and STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts and maths) to support our collaborations with The Juilliard School and MIT.

The extension under progress in The British School of Beijing, Sanlitun is proceeding apace, including a new Early Years building. The new school aims to be the best downtown campus in all of Beijing.
The Early Years building opening in August includes free-flow play between classrooms, two shared learning spaces, a sensory room and a soft play area, as well as a cookery space and outdoor learning provision. A library will help to foster children’s love of sharing books, listening to stories and learning to read.
