The British International School Abu Dhabi is looking to appoint an outstanding Events Coordinator to join a well-established, supportive team in a highly successful and expanding school.
About the Role
As Events Coordinator you will plan, organise and deliver a range of School events, both internally and externally. In this role you will be responsible for coordinating various stakeholders and resources in order to deliver successful, memorable events which reflect the unique identity of our school.
In addition to this, you will provide assistance and administrative support to our Admissions and Marketing Team.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications, skills and experience;
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an events management, customer service or hospitality role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work calmly under pressure and to deadlines
- A high level of fluency in written and spoken English
Ideally, we are seeking candidates already in the UAE.
Interviews will be conducted at the School.
