Student Success: UCMAS Competition We are very proud to be able to share the wonderful news that Ryan, a Year 3 student at BIS Abu Dhabi, has come second runner-up in the UCMAS Maths competition.

We are very proud to be able to share the wonderful news that Ryan, from Year 3, has been placed second runner-up in the UCMAS Maths competition.

UCMAS stands for Universal Concept of Mental Arithmetic System,  and is the largest worldwide skill development program for children between the ages of 6 and 13. Earlier this week, they held the 24th International Abacus and Mental Arithmetic Competition, with 9500 participants involved.

For this competition, Ryan travelled to Dubai, Singapore and finally, Cambodia where he picked up this amazing award.

We are all very proud!
