Data Officer

  • Period: Full-Time
  • Contract: Permanent

The Data Officer will ensure that all reporting responsibilities are carried out and that databases are accurate, up-to-date and fully integrated with other school systems. The role will require technical support to teachers, departments and assessment leads with regards to student data, preparing and developing Tracking Manager and Mark Books for both primary and secondary departments.

The Data Officer needs to fully understand the school MIS system and be able to use SSRS coding to support the Data Manager with the building of school reports in iSAMs. The Data Officer will work under the direction of the Data Manager and will be responsible for creating student academic reports, uploading them onto the parent portal and ensuring all academic data is accurate and available to stakeholders within the school.

The successful candidate will ideally have the following qualifications, skills and experience;

  • A bachelor’s degree
  • Knowledge of iSAMs and SSRS coding
  • Relevant application development / support experience
  • Experience within an educational context is preferred.
