Originally from Liverpool, I graduated from Leeds in 2012 with a 2:1 (Hons) Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Language Science; Speech and Language Therapy. I worked for the NHS in the UK in clinics and SEN Inclusion schools across Manchester and Liverpool before moving to Bangkok. I have worked in a number of settings across Bangkok but have finally settled here at St Andrews.
St Andrews Intenational School Bangkok has set up the STARs programme, in order to include children with high and diverse learning needs into the school. This is what has brought me to St Andrews. The school has built up a strong and highly skilled and experienced team, including specialist teachers, support assistant and therapists. It is a pleasure to be working together to best support the children we work with and to see inclusion throughout the whole school.
In my spare time, for weekends and holidays, I love to explore Thailand and the neighboring countries. South East Asia has such a lot of of travel opportunities which I am thoroughly enjoying. My family and friends also take great advantage of the fact that they have their very own tour guide and like to visit often.
