I graduated from Northumbria University at Newcastle with a degree in International Business Management, having studied in France, Australia and the United States.
I found my calling in education through the challenging fast track Teach First program, spending two years teaching at an academy in West London before setting my sights on international education. This grounding in a tough environment illustrated just how much of a difference I could make in schools. With my international background and love of the United States, I am fortunate to find myself now living in Boston.
Sport has played a huge part in my life, playing competitively in both rugby and tennis to a high level, with the teamwork, brotherhood and physicality of rugby shaping both my personal and professional network to date. I was most recently playing for London Welsh, playing among ex-internationals to help bring the club back to its former glory.
I am delighted to be teaching here at the British International School of Boston and look forward to getting the best out of our brilliant students.
