I am originally from Oak Park, IL and have spent a large part of my time working and living in the western suburbs. I am returning to the Chicagoland area following a stent of working and living in the south. What I love most about Chicago is, it is where my heart is! I received my Masters in Clinical Psychology at Roosevelt University in 2016. I am a nationally certified counselor and I have worked with children and adolescents in various settings including forensic, school, residential, and acute hospitalization. I am a strong believer in the benefits of building supportive and lasting relationships with kiddos.
I believe that learning should be a personalized to each student because each student is different. No two children think, process, or share the same experiences. As a result, information delivery and intake for one child may facilitate growth and progress, while leaving the other child unfulfilled and lacking skills. A personalized approach provides all children with the opportunity to explore their full potential.
