STEAM Leader and Science Specialist
I'm originally from Gloucestershire in the UK. Since moving to Chicago I've found ways to get stuck into my local community: volunteering at the Nature Museum, tending a plot in my local park's community gardens, and starting a book club in my neighborhood to get to know my neighbors. I love how every neighborhood is so unique and experiencing great places to eat, socialize, and experience something new.

Art Specialist
I was born in London, England. I have dual citizenship with a French father and a British mother. I speak four languages fluently, the last being English, which I learned at the age of seven. I have a BA Honors degree in Fashion and Marketing from Central Saint Martins, University of the Arts in London. I specialized in accessory design and spent several years working in fashion houses, including Jimmy Choo, Burberry, and Jérôme Dreyfuss. I worked in the fashion industry for four years in accessories, mainly leather and metal work, before going on to study education at the University of Gloucestershire. Alongside my studies and training in education, I maintained my own jewelry line and continued to freelance in design. Since moving to Chicago in 2011, I have met my husband and had two children. Chicago and BISC-LP have quickly become my home.
Science Specialist and Health & Safety Leader
I am originally from Sussex on England's southern coast and have also lived in Scotland and Canada. After a career in the environmental sector, I moved into teaching and gained my qualification at the University of Brighton. Chicago is a very inspiring place to live as a teacher. I particularly enjoy the rich and diverse art and music scenes. I love to cycle, and Chicago's bike-friendly topography makes exploring the different neighborhoods by bike a favorite thing to at the weekends.
EYFS Art Specialist
I moved to Chicago from Georgia, where I received a fine art degree from Savannah College of Art and Design. I also have a degree in art education from DePaul University. I have worked in educating students of all age levels, from Nursery to community college.
