I am originally from Sussex on the South coast of England and have also lived in Scotland and Canada. After a career in the environmental sector, I moved into teaching and gained my qualification at the University of Brighton. Chicago is a very inspiring place to live as a teacher, and I really enjoy the diverse arts and music scenes. I love to cycle and Chicago's topography makes exploring the different neighborhoods by bike a favorite thing to at the weekends.
