Girls Volleyball Teams Reign Undefeated After Waldorf Match

This week, our junior varsity and varsity girls volleyball teams played back-to-back matches with Waldorf. On Tuesday, the Bulldogs played at home, and both teams took their matches 2-0. We scored another double win on Thursday at Waldorf!

The junior varsity team won back-to-back games (25-8 and 25-12) but had to dig themselves out of a bit of trouble in the second set. The Bulldogs were down 0-5 but quickly gained and maintained the lead by keeping their composure and unleashing a series of aggressive hits. The first set of the varsity game saw a lot of back and forth, but the Bulldogs created unmatched opportunities and won 25-21. In the second set, Coach Towell instructed the girls to get off to a quick start, and they responded by commanding the court and taking the second game 25-12.

Both teams are now undefeated. Well done, ladies!
