Ready, Set, Go! Primary Basketball Season Commences

  • British International School of Chicago | Private School Chicago

By Coach James Brook

The Primary Boys Basketball Team took on British International School of Chicago, Lincoln Park in their first competitive match of the 2016 CAMS League season, looking to continue their outstanding pre-season form. The boys started slow, trailing 5-2 after three minutes, but there was no panic as they trusted defense and soon took control of the game. In the end, they ran away with a comfortable win 23-9.

In its first competitive match of the season, the Girls Basketball Team played very well under the guidance of Coach Shaun Piper. Though the team lost 18-2, the girls played with balance and a lot of passion. With some additional coaching, we're confident the girls can succeed and walk away with wins this season.
