Learning Assitant

For 16 years I have worked in various roles in restaurants and retail, with companies such as Walt Disney World, Hard Rock Café, and Lush Cosmetics. I have worked from the ground floor to management, with an emphasis on training and development in these roles.

I am originally from Wick in Scotland, and studied Psychology at Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh. After university, I worked at Walt Disney World in EPCOT, before moving back to the UK to work in restaurants in Edinburgh.

After this I moved to Manchester where I worked in management for Lush Cosmetics in the store located in the Arndale Centre. It was during this time I discovered a love of baking, and sold baked goods from home, and set up a website displaying my baking journey.

Now I am in Chicago, I worked with Lush Cosmetics on Michigan Avenue before moving to the school. I still love baking, and regularly bake from home.
