    Studying Performing Arts

Neetika Tandon

Neetika Tandon Drama Specialist

Drama Specialist

I grew up in a beautifully picturesque town in Northern Ireland and studied at the prestigious Omagh Academy Grammar school. There I enjoyed the buzz of performing through being an avid member of the Omagh Youth Choir and the Drama Society. These experiences formed the basis of my character as I have been passionate about Drama since producing my first school play “The Importance of being Earnest”.

I graduated from the University of Salford with a Bachelor’s degree in English literature and a Master’s degree in Education at Manchester University. I have been teaching English for ten years and Drama for five years. It has been exceptionally rewarding teaching Drama as I find it highly fulfilling to prepare students for school plays, watch them discover their abilities and talents excel as they learn different ways of expressing themselves.
