IGCSE Success - Ahmad Matin Achieves 'Top in Qatar' and Excellent IGCSE Results

Ahmad Matin, an IGCSE Year 11 graduate at Compass International School Doha in August 2018, achieved an excellent record of IGCSE results, 7 A*’s and 1 Grade A. His ambitious approach to studies also reflected in him achieving two ‘Top in Qatar’ awards for his IGCSE’s in Coordinated Science and Mathematics, demonstrating his top performer status for both of these subjects in the State of Qatar.

His commitment to education was evident throughout both Years 10 and 11, where he consistently went above and beyond expectations in his effort, behavior and his academic approach. An all-around high achiever, Ahmad Matin also participated in Extra-Curricular Activities including Model United Nations, numerous debates in Qatar and the Duke of Edinburgh Award, where his courage, open mindedness and respectful attitude helped him succeed in attaining his Silver Award for the Adventurous Journey in Nepal.
