ICT Lead Teacher

I have been teaching since 2008. I spent my first four years teaching in Huddersfield in the United Kingdom, where I gained the experience and knowledge to seek employment on the international scene. I arrived in Doha in 2012, and I have thoroughly enjoyed the experience of teaching in Qatar and absorbing the local culture. Qatar is a very exciting place to be right now, especially with the lead up to the World Cup in 2022.

I enjoy being part of Compass International School Doha and Nord Anglia Education. The company has a very strong reputation in delivering outstanding results and outperforming national averages in the UK.

I have a great interest in sports, especially football and cricket. I was raised in Manchester, so naturally I am a huge Manchester United fan. I also enjoy travelling; exploring new cultures and visiting historical landmarks.

My favorite quote is from Nelson Mandela, “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world”.
