Campus access and collection
For the safety of our school community, all parents and guardians must present their Parent Lanyard when entering either Madinat Khalifa or Themaid Campus.
Taxis are not permitted on campus, and all drivers must have valid identification. If someone else will be collecting your child, including another parent, please let us know in advance.

Drop-off, collection and class timings
School hours
Sunday to Wednesday: 7:15 am to 2:00 pm
Thursday: 7:15 am to 12:00 pm
Arriving at school
Early Years
Please bring your child to their classroom from 7:10 am, ready for lessons to begin at 7:15 am. Early Years finishes at 12:00 pm and children must be collected by an adult.
Optional childcare is available free of charge from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm. Please speak to your child’s teacher to arrange this.
Years 1 to 6
Students meet in the designated area before school, where their teacher will collect them and take them to class.
Years 7 to 11
Students wait in their designated area before heading to class for registration at 7:15 am.
Years 12 to 13
Students should make their way directly to the designated Sixth Form area when they arrive.
Madinat Khalifa Campus
The front entrance can be used by families arriving by car or on foot. School buses do not use this entrance.
The side entrance operates as a drop-off zone for cars and school buses before school. Please enter through the first gate, drop off your child in the layby and exit through the second gate. Cars should not be left unattended.
After school, the side entrance is reserved for school buses. Parents and drivers collecting students should park and enter through the front entrance.
Themaid Campus
A one-way drop-off and pick-up system is available for families who would like a quick drop-off or collection. If you would prefer to enter the campus on foot, please park outside the school gates.
Primary students arriving before 7:15 am should wait in the library before heading to class for registration. Parents arriving before the 2:00 pm collection time are welcome to wait in reception.
Secondary students arriving before 7:15 am should wait in the cafeteria before heading to class for registration. At the end of the day, students leave through the cafeteria doors at 2:00 pm and should be off campus by 2:10 pm. Any students remaining on campus after 2:10 pm should wait at reception until they are collected.
