I studied for my initial degree in my home city of Limerick, graduating with a BA Hons in English Literature and History. I then decided to follow in the footsteps of a long line of teachers in my family and embarked on a PGCE with History Specialism at Masters Level in Liverpool Hope University.

I am passionate about teaching and the cognition of learning.
Originally, I am from Portsmouth in the UK and I graduated from Plymouth University in the south of England. Before coming to Dubai, I taught for two years in Aldershot, England and have now taught at NAS Dubai for 5 years.
I feel extremely honoured and excited to be a member of the highly experienced Nord Anglia Primary team.
I am really looking forward to joining the Year 1 team at NAS Dubai this year. I graduated from The University of Northampton with a degree in Primary Education and have been teaching for 10 years.
I have been living and teaching in Dubai since 2012 and continue to be excited by everything Dubai has to offer, both professionally and personally.
I am originally from Sunderland in the North East of England - this is where my teaching career began.
