Secondary Science, CAS Co-ordinator
I grew up in the North of England in a village called Cottingham and hold a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree, and a PGCE in Secondary Science from the University of Sheffield.
Secondary Science, Head of Year 10
I am extremely excited about being part of the Science department and a Year 9 tutor at Nord Anglia International School Dubai. This will be my first post in an international school and I am thrilled to be joining the team.
My name is Erika Conyngham and I am incredibly excited to be joining NAS Dubai this summer as a Teacher of Science.
Since gaining my PGCE at the University of Brighton, I have taught Biology and General Science across the ability range at KS3, KS4 and KS5 in the UK for two years and in Vietnam for nearly four years.
Secondary Science, Second in Department
I grew up in a very small town in central Scotland, where I quickly realised that I wanted to travel the world and do something worthwhile. I always knew I wanted to work with children and so I studied Psychology with Biology at the University of Aberdeen with the aim of becoming an educational psychologist. It was while working with underprivileged boys in a school in Belfast that I decided I wanted the more hands-on job of teaching.
