We are looking for someone to assist the Director of Admissions daily to meet enrolment targets. Work directly with members of the public to promote the values and reputation of Nord Anglia Education.
Core Requirements of the Post
In fulfilling the requirements of the post, the Admissions Assistant will demonstrate essential professional characteristics, and in particular will:
- Makes initial contact with prospective families.
- Maintain and uphold premium level of customer service.
- Nurture leads through a variety of data systems.
- Develop processes to maintain and streamline the admissions procedure.
- Works with the MAC team to organize events.
- Tour prospective families at school campus.
- Follow up and nurture relationship with prospective families.
- Communicate regularly with admissions team.
Other Requirements Contribute positively to the morale and community spirit in the school; Work effectively in different teams; Assist in whole school marketing initiatives and contribute to the growth of the school; Operate at all times, within the stated policies and practices of the school; Meet responsibilities regarding health and safety, equal opportunities and other relevant legislation and conform to professional and ethical requirements; Any other appropriate duties as allocated by members of the school’s leadership team.
