Gowmathy Naidu

Parent of one son at BSKL

Kaellen has spent 8 glorious years at the school and has grown tremendously throughout the years. He has had some excellent teachers such as James Dallas, Corrie Johnson (nee Tame), Vanessa Talbot and Victoria Goode.

The Music Department has also been instrumental in developing his musical abilities, and by default his confidence. He has enjoyed being in the orchestra and jazz ensemble with Scott Murphy, his sax teacher Liam Murray, wind band conductor Shona Berque and last but not least Kim Kelly.

This year's rugby training under Joseph Cain has finally encouraged Kaellen to be involved in a team sport at school. Swimming has been Kaellen's pride and joy at the school, having learnt to swim from scratch in Year 1, and beginning to represent the school in competitions from Year 3 onwards. Kaellen especially remembers Ivan Au, from Advance Aquatics who were the original coaches at school, Dominic Lind who instilled discipline and passion, and last but not least Gareth Pearson, Coach CT and Coach Wilson. He takes away with him 8 years of joy, fun and friendship and heaps of memories.
