Taught in two schools in the UK where I was Assistant Headteacher in both. Moved to Qatar to begin international teaching. Moved to Malaysia where I have been for the last 4 years
I am from Cardiff in Wales. I live in Malaysia with my husband and daughter (who is currently in reception and will be in year 1 next year) I enjoy travelling, reading and drawing and painting. I like the quote 'The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more you learn, the more places you will go' by Dr. Seuss because it highlights the power that reading has and the knowledge that you gain from reading can open many doors in your life. I think it shows how important it is to become a great reader so that you can achieve all of the goals you set for yourself.
Student happiness means children enjoying their learning and having fun in school so that they can develop into confident, motivated learners.
