Ms Madeleine Dalziel

Year 3 Teacher

BA in History and Politics (University of Leicester); PG Cert in Education (Middlesex University)

Since completing her Postgraduate Degree in Primary Education, Madeleine has been teaching for four years in London and one year at the BSKL across Key Stage One. In her previous post, Madeleine was the school lead for Humanities which involved running whole school projects in both History and Geography. As well as this, she has been a mentor to trainee teachers undertaking their Postgraduate Certificates of Education.

Prior to working as a teacher, Madeleine completed a degree in History and Politics at the University of Leicester. She then worked in the charity sector, supporting refugee and asylum seeking mothers and their children in rebuilding their lives in London.

In her spare time, Madeleine is a keen reader and has been lucky enough to have many travelling opportunities throughout her adult life. She particularly enjoys being outside and is currently undertaking a Forest School Leadership course. She looks forward to running these sessions this year.
